The name of the tea translates as "Iron Goddess of Mercy" and comes from the name of the tea tree from which the raw materials for the production of stunning Oolong tea are collected.
Tie Guan Yin gives a beautiful golden-yellow infusion, has a sweet taste with honey-fruity shades and a refreshing honey-floral aroma with notes of malt.
