Delivery info

Delivery of goods to the customer is carried out in accordance with the method chosen by the customer when placing an order.

Shipping methods and prices:

To Omniva parcel terminals – price 2,5 €

To SmartPOST parcel terminals – price 2,5 €

To DPD parcel terminals – price 2,5 €

Free delivery to parcel terminals is valid for orders over 30€

Receiving an order

When the parcel arrives at the parcel terminal, a message with the door code will be sent to the mobile phone number specified in the order.

The door code must be entered into the parcel machine, after which the door, in which your parcel is located, will open.

After the arrival of the order in the parcel terminal, you can pick up the parcel within 7 working days.

Delivery time

After payment for the order, the goods are packed and shipped within 1 working day.

Typically, the estimated time of delivery of the goods to the customer within the Republic of Estonia is 2 working days. But it is important to understand that in some cases these deadlines may be slightly longer.

The speed of delivery depends on the postal service and the location of the selected parcel terminal, but usually not more than 7 days.

Please note that delivery on Sundays and public holidays is not possible. Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped the next business day.
