Bai Lin Gong Fu

Bai Lin Gong Fu is a rare, hand-picked tea that produces a strong yet smooth infusion. It has a long history, and is one of the three famous Fujianese Gong Fu teas: Tian Yang, Zheng He and Bai Lin. This variety is produced in the small town of Bailin in the Tailao Mountain region.

Gong Fu (Kung Fu) tea means that it is processed to high standards. To obtain thin, dense strips without breaking the tea leaves, they are cut with Gong Fu skill. This adds sophistication and uniqueness to Bai Lin Gong Fu tea.

This black tea has a pleasant golden-orange infusion, which is why some also call it Red Tangerine. It has a mild aroma, rich without being harsh, with a refreshing aftertaste. Sweet notes of dried fruits, flowers, honey and spices are felt. The taste is dense, soft and multifaceted, filled with honey, fruit and nutty shades.
