This young variety of Oolong, which means "Fire Flower", was bred in the 1980s as a result of crossing two varieties of tea tree. Thanks to this, the new hybrid Jin Xiu An took the best from each variety, became the owner of amazing taste and many useful properties.
As in the case of many elite varieties, only 3 upper leaves and a bud are used to produce tea. In the future, the raw materials go through stages - drying, shaking, light roasting and twisting, to obtain this beautiful milk Oolong.
The brewed infusion has a light pale-yellow color and allows you to enjoy a pleasant milky aroma, with shades of caramel, flowers, and creamy vanilla.
