Lu Shan Yun Wu "Cloud Mist" refers to the best varieties of Chinese tea and at one time was considered imperial. It is appreciated for its rich pleasant aroma and amazing taste, which is given by strong but delicate upper leaves and buds covered with white fluff.
Tea is grown high in the mountains, shrouded in clouds and fog, which give an abundance of moisture to tea bushes. Due to special natural conditions, buds appear later than other varieties of tea. Therefore, the harvest time falls at the end of April - beginning of May, during the period of “Bread Rains”. This feature adds its own zest to the taste and aroma of tea.
Tender buds and leaves in small spirals produce a clear, yellow-green infusion. The aroma is refreshing and light, with pleasant shades of flowers and vanilla sweets. The taste of the tea is fresh and rich, with a pleasant bitterness. It is filled with notes of fruits, flowers, herbs, and spices that leave a long, pleasant aftertaste.
