Preparation method
100–150 ml of water
usually, 1 g or 1 matcha bamboo spoon
70°C
Stir well (30 seconds) with matcha whisk (Chasen) or in another way, until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
You can also prepare a cold drink by mixing the powder with cold water in a blender or shaking in a bottle.
