Nasal wash bottle (Purple color)

Plastic vessel for washing the nasal passages. It is an excellent tool for maintaining a healthy state and preventing diseases, through the prevention of nose rinsing with a saline solution.

To rinse the nose, use clean warm room temperature water (bottled or boiled), add sea- or table salt to it in the proportion of 1 teaspoon per 1 liter of water, or a ready-made pharmacy solution for nose rinsing. Stir well to get a slightly salted solution.

Pour the finished solution into the neti-pot, then insert the spout of the vessel into the nostril and gently tilt your head to the side until the water flows through the other nostril. During rinsing, breathe calmly through your mouth.
After the procedure, gently, without strong pressure, blow your nose through each nostril to dry the nasal passages. Rinse and dry well the bottle.
